Using the site

We aim to make this website usable to WCAG 2.2 level AA. You can use a keyboard to follow links and operate the menu, skip repeated navigation, enlarge text and read pages on a narrow screen. Focus indicators show the selected control, and reduced-motion preferences are respected.
Pages use a heading structure and descriptive links. The building diagram has a text alternative and equivalent service links. The site does not use an accessibility overlay.
Reports and resident information
The illustrative report and resident access guide are available as HTML pages as well as PDF downloads. Use the HTML versions if a PDF is difficult to read or navigate with your assistive technology.
The sample is labelled as an illustration; it is not a report for a real property.
Checks and remaining limitations
The site has been checked using automated accessibility checks and manual keyboard, narrow-screen and enlarged-text checks. These checks help find problems, but do not establish that every combination of browser and assistive technology works without difficulty.
A complete independent screen-reader assessment, including the PDF reading order, has not been completed. We do not claim certified or complete WCAG conformance. The HTML alternatives and contact routes below remain available.
