ADI Leak Detection is the trading name of ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 15870765. This website focuses on the access, shared-system and reporting questions faced by block and estate managers.
ADI works with property management companies and residential customers. Its attending engineer prepares the investigation report. Ask ADI about the team and scope for your appointment.
Detection, evidence and separate repairs
ADI’s published services include concealed pipework, heating, water mains, drainage and structural leak investigations. The type of survey is agreed before attendance.
Repairs are a separate scope and charge. ADI does not undertake roof or building repairs. Discuss specialist communal systems and HIUs with the technical team before booking.

For supplier checks, ask ADI for the current documents relevant to your appointment: insurance schedules, method statements and engineer identification. Ask for current accreditation evidence relevant to the work.
Agree any portfolio pricing, purchase-order process or service-level arrangement directly. Do not assume a bespoke framework or split billing is included in an ordinary booking.
